Quotations provided online or via phone are estimates based on the details provided. Final charges may vary if the actual cargo weight, dimensions, or distance differs from the initial request. Payments must be settled as per the agreed terms (Advance, To Pay, or Billed).

3. Cargo Liability & Insurance

While we take utmost care of your goods, Satyamoti Transport strongly advises clients to insure their high-value shipments. Our liability for loss or damage during transit is limited as per standard carrier laws unless additional transit insurance has been arranged through us.

4. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver all shipments on time. However, delivery schedules are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or technical breakdowns. We are not liable for incidental damages caused by delays.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a shipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the cargo is properly packed and labeled for safe transport.
