Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle placement time. If a vehicle is cancelled after it has been dispatched to the loading point, a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum freight charge or vehicle detention charge will apply.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds for advance payments on cancelled trips (which meet our cancellation criteria) will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
3. Freight Adjustments
If a trip is terminated midway due to issues from the consignor/consignee side, freight charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis plus any waiting/detention charges incurred. Excess advance, if any, will be refunded.
